I'd like to invite you book in for a free phone consultation where we can discuss your issues and goals. This is a great chance for us to get a feel for each other and for me to get ideas on where to start when we meet up.
If for any reason I feel I can't be of help, I'll aim to recommend you to another suitable healthcare professional.
The first consultation
Before coming to the full consultation I’ll email you a personal details form and three day food diary, to be completed before we meet.
During the initial consultation we'll discuss:
Your general health
We'll also discuss the goals of your treatment plan and how we are going to achieve them. This consultation takes 1 hour. Following the consultation, I’ll email you a summary of our discussion with the main topics covered and, if applicable, the recommended food supplements.
PACKAGES and treatment plan
Depending on the package you choose, we’ll be meeting for a number of 45 minute follow-up sessions, and your personalised wellness plan and protocol will adjusted at each session to optimise your results. You’ll also receive email support during business hours. Packages are offered at a reduced price and are ideal for an engaged client looking for longterm body and lifestyle changes.
Some of the work involved:
Analysis of your current diet.
Realistic, achievable and sustainable goal setting.
Tailor-made wellness plan to fit with your lifestyle and dietary requirements.
If appropriate, recommendations for functional tests and/or nutritional supplements.
Following the consultation I’ll email you a summary and any adjustments discussed.
LOCATIONS AND HOURS
Consultations can take place in Whitstable or Faversham between 9am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday.
Home consultations are also available on request, there may be a small travel cost if you live more than 10 miles from where I’m based.
Follow up consultations by phone and Skype can also be arranged.
